The circuit
Rowrah is a 1030 m kart circuit built by volunteers in 1963 in a disused quarry near Frizington, Cumbria, and still run by the Cumbria Kart Racing Club. The quarry walls give spectators a view of the whole lap. It hosts club racing, British Kart Championship rounds, arrive-and-drive packages and Let's Go Karting taster sessions, with a cafe and pit bays on site.
