The circuit
The Saarlandring in Uchtelfangen (Illingen municipality, Neunkirchen district) is the only outdoor kart track in Saarland and opened on 1 April 2007. The track is 716 m long and 7–12 m wide; it is run by Motorsportclub Uchtelfangen e.V. There is no rental kart operation, riding is with own race karts (WAKC, SAKC, Rotax Max), plus car slalom.
