The circuit

Services at Pomposa

The Circuito di Pomposa, created in 1959 as the Pista Romea and officially opened on 19 March 1960 with a kart race, is a complex in San Giuseppe di Comacchio, near Lido di Pomposa, comprising a 1,200 m kart track, a motocross track and the 1,600 m race track. The latter was built in 2018 by dismantling the minimoto track and part of the motocross track; it first opened as a 1,200 m motorcycle track and was then lengthened to 1,600 m. It hosts open practice for large motorcycles, small motorcycles/MiniGP, supermotard, karts and cars, with overnight stays in the paddock for campers and tents.
