The circuit
International karting circuit in Torre San Giovanni, a seaside district of Ugento, 500 metres from the sea in the lower Salento. Active since 1986, it hosted CIK-FIA European and world championships in the 1990s; since the 2002 extension it measures 1,380 metres, run clockwise, and is a regular venue for rounds of the Italian ACI Karting Championship. Fully lit for night sessions, it has kart rental, a camper area and the adjacent Alfema Rooms accommodation. There is no indication of openings for minimoto or pit bikes.
