The circuit

Opened in 1973 in the Bacanella valley by a group of enthusiasts linked to the Scuderia Carpine, it has been run since 1979 by a consortium led by the Automobile Club Perugia and is named after Mario Umberto Borzacchini. In 1995 the track was extended to its current 2,507 metres, with a new paddock and garages; it is a compact, technical clockwise circuit with 11 corners, regularly used for car and motorcycle open practice, driving courses and national FMI races.
